3. 動詞轉(zhuǎn)換成副詞

英語中的介詞大多都有與之同形的副詞，這些副詞和介詞同樣活躍，也可以用來表達漢語中常用動詞來表達的概念，即漢語動詞也可轉(zhuǎn)換成英語中與介詞同形的副詞。

例7 我明天早上動身。

譯文：I am off tomorrow morning.

例8 生產(chǎn)線在生產(chǎn)嗎？

譯文：Is the production line on?

例9 我公司技術(shù)領(lǐng)先。

譯文：In terms of technology our company goes ahead.

4. 動詞轉(zhuǎn)換成形容詞

漢語中的動詞也可以轉(zhuǎn)換成表示動作意義的形容詞，某些形容同兼有動詞詞性。

例10 現(xiàn)在商店都開業(yè)了。

譯文：The shops are all open now.

例11 你熟悉這種晶體管放大器的性能嗎？

譯文：Are you familiar with the performance of this type of transistor amplifier?

例12 他懷疑我方提供足夠貨物的能力。

譯文：He is suspicious of our capacity of providing enough goods.

例13 他為公司的前途而擔憂。

譯文：He is worried about the firm's future.
