問(wèn)：近日伊朗總統(tǒng)在《金融時(shí)報(bào)》刊文稱，為補(bǔ)償并緩解美國(guó)最新對(duì)伊單邊制裁的影響，歐方以及中俄提交并落實(shí)一攬子建議最終措施非常重要。中方是否已向伊方提交有關(guān)計(jì)劃？主要內(nèi)容是什么？

　　答：正如我剛才強(qiáng)調(diào)的，盡管過(guò)去半年形勢(shì)發(fā)生了很大變化，但包括中國(guó)在內(nèi)的伊朗核問(wèn)題全面協(xié)議現(xiàn)有參與方始終本著負(fù)責(zé)任態(tài)度，致力于繼續(xù)執(zhí)行全面協(xié)議、維持與伊朗正常經(jīng)貿(mào)合作。各方此前舉行的兩次外長(zhǎng)會(huì)及其聯(lián)合聲明均表明了這一立場(chǎng)。當(dāng)前形勢(shì)下，我們希望相關(guān)各方都能從大局和長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)出發(fā)，繼續(xù)履行各自應(yīng)盡的責(zé)任和義務(wù)，站到歷史正確的一邊。中方將繼續(xù)秉持公正、客觀和負(fù)責(zé)任態(tài)度，繼續(xù)為維護(hù)全面協(xié)議作出不懈努力。

Q: The Iranian President highlighted in an article published in Financial Times that it is essential that the European parties as well as China and Russia present and implement the final package of measures to compensate and mitigate the effects of America's latest sanctions on Iran. Has China submitted its package to the Iranian side yet? What are the basic elements of it?

A: As I stressed just now, despite great changes that have taken place in the situation over the past six months, the existing JCPOA participants have remained committed to implementing the deal and maintaining normal economic cooperation and trade with Iran in a responsible manner. The two foreign ministers' meetings held by the participants and the joint statements adopted have made clear this point. Under the current circumstances, we hope that relevant parties will bear in mind the larger and long-term interests, fulfill due responsibilities and obligations and stand on the right side of history. With a fair, objective and responsible attitude, the Chinese side will continue to make unremitting efforts to uphold the JCPOA.

　　問(wèn)：澳大利亞外長(zhǎng)將訪華，這是否意味著“凍結(jié)”了一兩年的中澳關(guān)系正在回暖？

　　答：我們?cè)啻侮U明中方對(duì)發(fā)展中澳關(guān)系的原則立場(chǎng)。

　　今年9月，王毅國(guó)務(wù)委員兼外長(zhǎng)在出席聯(lián)大會(huì)議期間應(yīng)約會(huì)見(jiàn)佩恩外長(zhǎng)，雙方就中澳關(guān)系及共同關(guān)心的問(wèn)題深入交換了意見(jiàn)，達(dá)成重要共識(shí)。我們?cè)概c澳方共同努力，在相互尊重、平等互利基礎(chǔ)上拓展各領(lǐng)域交流與合作，推動(dòng)中澳關(guān)系取得新進(jìn)展。

Q: Does the upcoming visit by the Australian Foreign Minister mean that the "freezing" of relations that has happened over the past year or two has come to an end?

A: We have made clear China's principled position on developing China-Australia ties on many occasions.

In September this year, State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi met with Foreign Minister Marise Payne at the latter's request on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly, during which the two sides had an in-depth exchange of views on China-Australia relations and issues of mutual interest and reached important consensus. We stand ready to work with the Australian side to expand exchanges and cooperation across the board and move forward bilateral ties on the basis of mutual respect, equality and mutual benefit.
