2019年6月19日，駐尼日利亞大使周平劍在尼主流媒體《人民報(bào)》發(fā)表署名文章，介紹即將召開(kāi)的中非合作論壇北京峰會(huì)成果落實(shí)協(xié)調(diào)人會(huì)議情況和中尼合作成果，駁斥所謂“中國(guó)在非債務(wù)陷阱論”。全文如下：
中非合作論壇北京峰會(huì)成果落實(shí)協(xié)調(diào)人會(huì)議將于6月24日至25日在北京舉行，中國(guó)和包括尼日利亞在內(nèi)的非洲53個(gè)論壇成員國(guó)以及非盟委員會(huì)部級(jí)官員將出席。
On June 19, 2019, Nigerian newspaper Peoples Daily published an article written by Ambassador of China to Nigeria Dr. ZHOU Pingjian, FOCAC: Walk the talk as equals for shared benefits. The full text goes as follows:
The coordinators' meeting on the implementation of the FOCAC Beijing Summit outcomes will be held on June 24 and 25 in Beijing. Ministerial-level officials from China and 53 African member states including Nigeria and the African Union Commission will be attending the meeting.
此次會(huì)議主要活動(dòng)包括開(kāi)幕式、全體會(huì)議、閉幕式、共同會(huì)見(jiàn)記者、歡迎宴會(huì)和中方金融機(jī)構(gòu)負(fù)責(zé)人同非方協(xié)調(diào)人對(duì)話會(huì)。中國(guó)黨和國(guó)家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人將出席會(huì)議重要活動(dòng)，并同與會(huì)非方代表舉行集體或雙邊會(huì)見(jiàn)。會(huì)議將發(fā)表聯(lián)合聲明，反映會(huì)議成果和共識(shí)。
作為中非合作論壇北京峰會(huì)成果一項(xiàng)，首屆中非經(jīng)貿(mào)博覽會(huì)將在協(xié)調(diào)人會(huì)議后于26日至27日在湖南省長(zhǎng)沙市舉行。
The upcoming event will consist mainly of an opening ceremony, a plenary session, a closing ceremony, a joint press conference, a welcome banquet and a dialogue between heads of Chinese financial institutions and African coordinators. Party and state leaders of China will attend important activities and hold group or bilateral meetings with African delegates. A joint declaration will be released regarding the outcomes and consensus reached during the meeting.
Immediately after the coordinators' meeting in Beijing, on June 26 and 27, the first China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo, an outcome of FOCAC Beijing Summit, will be held in Changsha, the capital city of Hunan Province in central China.
中非合作論壇北京峰會(huì)去年9月成功舉行，將中非關(guān)系全面推向歷史新高。峰會(huì)結(jié)束后，中非雙方密切配合，積極落實(shí)中非領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人共識(shí)和峰會(huì)成果，取得重要進(jìn)展和早期收獲。
當(dāng)前國(guó)際形勢(shì)發(fā)生深刻復(fù)雜變化，中非雙方均認(rèn)為有必要召開(kāi)一次協(xié)調(diào)人會(huì)議，就落實(shí)中非合作論壇北京峰會(huì)成果進(jìn)行對(duì)接，引領(lǐng)中非合作高質(zhì)量、可持續(xù)發(fā)展，推動(dòng)峰會(huì)成果更多、更好造福中非人民，并向國(guó)際社會(huì)彰顯雙方加強(qiáng)團(tuán)結(jié)合作、堅(jiān)持多邊主義、推動(dòng)構(gòu)建更加緊密的中非命運(yùn)共同體的強(qiáng)烈意愿和堅(jiān)定決心。
In September last year, the FOCAC Beijing Summit was held with great success, bringing China-Africa relations to a historical high. After the conclusion of the summit, China and African countries worked closely with each other to implement our leaders' consensus and outcomes reached at the summit. We have achieved important progress and reaped early harvests.
As the international landscape undergoes profound and complicated changes, the two sides both believe it necessary to have a coordinators' meeting to communicate over implementation and steer China-Africa cooperation along the direction of high-quality and sustainable development. Through this meeting, we will translate outcomes of the summit into more benefits for the people and show our strong will and firm resolve to strengthen solidarity and cooperation, uphold multilateralism and build a closer China-Africa community with a shared future.
